Afterpay Payment Policy

At Chroma Hair & Co, we offer Afterpay as a convenient payment option for our clients.

Availability

  • Afterpay is available in-store only

  • Afterpay is not available for online bookings or online purchases at this time. You may however pay for your service via Afterpay in store.

Surcharge

  • A $20 Afterpay surcharge applies to all transactions paid via Afterpay

  • This surcharge helps cover the processing and service fees charged by Afterpay

  • The surcharge will be clearly communicated prior to payment and added at checkout

Minimum & Maximum Spend

  • Afterpay transactions are subject to Afterpay’s minimum and maximum spend limits

  • All Afterpay purchases are approved and managed directly by Afterpay

Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds for Afterpay purchases will be processed in accordance with Afterpay’s policies

  • The $20 Afterpay surcharge is non-refundable

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must have an active Afterpay account and meet Afterpay’s eligibility requirements

  • Chroma Hair & Co is not responsible for Afterpay account approvals, declined payments, or missed instalments
