Pricing

At Chroma Hair & Co, we use gender-neutral pricing, meaning our cutting and styling services are priced based on time, skill, and experience rather than gender.
Our pricing structure reflects the level of training and expertise of our stylists. Prices may vary accordingly and are set to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and consistency across all clients.

Consultations

We believe a thorough consultation is essential. Our team takes the time to discuss services and provide clear pricing prior to commencement.
As such, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if the final result does not align with what was agreed during the consultation, we will make every reasonable effort to correct it.

Non-Discountable Services

The following services are not eligible for discounts:

  • Post-colour blow-dries

  • Speciality services

  • Finishing glosses

  • Additional styling

  • Treatments

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

Sundays & Public Holidays

Due to staff penalty rates, discounts are not applicable on Sundays or Public Holidays.
All services on these days incur a 10% surcharge.

Deposits

Deposits are required to secure appointments for all services.
Deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeit of the deposit

  • Deposits are non-refundable

Appointment Confirmations

As part of our service, we send appointment confirmation reminders via SMS or email two (2) days prior to your booking.
Failure to confirm may result in the appointment being released or cancelled.

Payments

Chroma Hair & Co accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • EFTPOS

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • Afterpay

  • Alipay

  • WeChat Pay

Please note that some payment methods may incur a surcharge, which will be communicated at the time of payment.

Electrical Tools

In accordance with supplier policies, it is the customer’s responsibility to register warranties for electrical styling tools.
For faulty heat styling tools, please contact the manufacturer directly (e.g. ghd customer service).

Refunds & Exchanges (Retail)

  • Unopened retail items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be returned to the original salon of purchase with a valid receipt

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind
